All students must reapply for financial aid each year! All on-campus, daytime undergraduate students are required to renew their FAFSA by March 1 and submit required financial aid documents to complete their file by May 1. Missing these deadlines may result in a loss or reduction of financial aid, including grants and work-study, even if you are eligible.

Any student may be hired into a Department-funded student employment position, even if they don't or cannot submit a FAFSA. Department-funded positions are at the discretion of each department and their budgetary restrictions. Both work-study and department-funded positions are listed on Workday.
